1. About Tantor Films Tantor Films is an international film service production company with over 25 years of experience, operating globally across Latin America, Europe, and beyond. Our App provides clients with exclusive content including city guides for filming locations, project insights, portfolio work, and related production information.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App or Site. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
3. Use of the App and Site
You agree to use the App and Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: . All content on the App and Site — including but not limited to text, images, videos, production reels, logos, graphics, and the Tantor Films name and brand — is the property of Tantor Films or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App or Site without our express written consent.
5. App Stores —
Apple and GoogleThe App is available for download through theApple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the App through these platforms is also subject to the applicable terms of service of Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of the relevant app store, these Terms shall govern to the fullest extent permitted. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the App or its content, and neither has any obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data about how users interact with the App and Site. By using the App orSite, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or adjusting your device settings.
7. User Accounts
If you create an account to access certain features of the App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 8. Project and Client Information
Content displayed in the App related to specific productions, projects, or clients is provided for informational and professional purposes only. Any confidential project details shared through theApp are subject to any applicable non-disclosure or service agreements between Tantor Films and the relevant client.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and Site are provided on an "asis" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind,express or implied. We do not warrant that the App or Site will beuninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tantor Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App or Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App or Site shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Given that Tantor Films operates globally, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, as our primary European base of operations. However, if you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws, those local laws may apply to the extent required. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
12. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or Site, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App or Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
